Lee Clack grew up on the Gulf Coast of Lower Alabama. His wife Kelley Wrigley grew up in Macon. Kudzu Seafood Company is what happened when they put those two things together.

L.A. stands for Lower Alabama — the Gulf Coast stretch where Lee Clack learned what good seafood tastes like. When he and Kelley settled in Macon, those flavors came with them.
Made in house, every time
Every breading, every seasoning blend, every sauce — made here, from scratch, no shortcuts. The po'boy bread comes in from Gambino's in Louisiana, because once you've had the right roll, everything else is a compromise.
A downtown Macon fixture
512 Poplar Street sits steps from the Tubman Museum and the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame. The high-ceilinged dining room and full bar have made Kudzu the place locals keep coming back to.
The Wheelhouse rooftop bar
Head up the stairs and you're on Macon's original rooftop bar — open Friday and Saturday evenings with drinks, bar food, and live entertainment. Especially good during Cherry Blossom season.
